    We are Antun & Lidija Zan. We are married and have two kids. 
We are pomeranian breeders and have been in pomeranians since 1998.
From the first moment we saw pomeranian puppy our hearts were captured and from now on other breed don´t exist for us...
We live in Croatia  near capital Zagreb in little place called Kriz. It is place in the country and an only place where you can really enjoy in these beautiful dogs. Our children also love them very much and help us a lot.

But, let start from the very begining, where it all started...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                      It´s me in year 1986 on the military polygon training the German Shepard...

 

Our adventure started one cold day, in winter 1998, in Detroit (USA)  when our daughter Kristina (3 y.o. then) lost her little black shi tsu dog.She was all in tears and lonesome without her little friend so we decided to get her another dog. But this time different one... Shi tsu was a dog who wouldn´t listen at all... 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We called a few breeders because we didn´t really know what breed we want. It had to be small dog (this was for sure!) and had to have a lot of hair. It seemed very simple but still...it took a few weeks to find an ad about a breeder that was selling something we like.
So, we went there in cold winter evening to see that little one... It was about eight weeks old little female that we instantly fell in love with. It had tiny face and body. Little we  know then about the breed we never saw before. 
So we brought that little creature home and our story started... 
As someone once said-Try to have only one pom...
Of course, it was a pet quality dog but to us she was the most beautiful in the whole world. We called her Belle.
She was so in love with us and so easy to train that was beautiful to teach her different staff. 

So, we got hooked...

...And started to read everything about pomeranians that we could find. On the internet we found a lot of informations, talking to breeders going on the shows. On one show we met a famous pom handler Nadine Hersel -without her help we wouldn´t be where we are today.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The next pom that came in our life  was bred by Sara Barret-Lewis and came from Blitzen line. We named him Blitz. It was very cute white pom. He changed our lifes. He went everywhere with us...
 

Few months later we went to grandious Alden´s Kennel near Chicago.

One tiny girl Alden´s Beautiful Daisy and a boy Alden´s Sweet Peppi come home with us. 
And soon after one more girl named Bonnie of Madison Heights (granddaughter of Ch. Mercer´s Exotica) came home to us from Jo Ann Milne all the way from Wyoming ...Those three were having lot of fun together... 
And so it has begun...

Next came Roselane Fancy Lady Of Dan D (granddaughter of CH. Apple´s Traveling Rambler). Almost at the same time we bought a four year old male 100%  Bonner  line who was  shown and we also went on shows with him short before we came back to Europe. Then came daughter of CH. Great Elms Mr. Chips
After we came to Europe we imported  more stud dogs  from   Lenette kennel    so in our kennel we mostly have dogs from  old american lines (Great Elms-kennel  started  1937, Bonner, Dixiland, Millamor and so on..). From these lines we really have dogs with great pedigrees, for example granddaughter of  Ch. Mercers Exotica, daughter of CH. Great Elms Mr. Chips (two times best stud in USA), son of  Multi Group Winner BISS CH. Mountain Crest JJ, son of Multi Group Winner Ch. Paughprintson the Mtn Crest  and  Honeycomb of Lenette (they are both ROMX).
In our kennel we have dogs who are imposible to find even in USA. To everyone who knows something about the breed will be enough to see pedigrees of our dogs.
